STEP 1: ORDER ONLINE
All orders are placed on our website www.buttermeup.co.za. At this stage you will be asked for your contact information as well as the physical address that you would like your order to be delivered to.

STEP 2: PAYMENT
Option 1 – EFT: When you select the EFT option you will receive an email immediately with an invoice and our banking details. Please check your spam folder. Use your name and order number as reference. Feel free to email your proof of payment if you do not bank with FNB so we can process your payment faster.
Option 2 – PAYFAST: Pay directly online through PayFast, our online payment portal. PayFast accepts both debit and credit cards.
Paying directly allows your funds to clear immediately so we can process your order ASAP!
STEP 3: PROCESSING
Once we have received payment your order will be processed. You will be notified via email and given your courier details as well as a tracking number. Haven’t received an email, you may have entered your email incorrectly when placing your order. Please contact us and we will follow up.
Please also check your SPAM folder.
STEP 4: DELIVERY
Delivery will take place within 7 working days from when your order is processed. We deliver to your door during working hours.
We use external courier partners to deliver your order. Please make sure that the contact number you provided is correct as this is the only means of contacting during the delivery stage.
